Rachel Briant joined the Firm as an associate in 2019. Ms. Briant focuses primarily on litigation, including disputes involving securities, commodities, and contract law. She also represents clients in the administration of trusts and estates. During law school, Ms. Briant interned at the U.S. Court of International Trade, the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and at a securities litigation firm. She also served as a civil procedure teaching assistant and as a research assistant for Professor Maryellen Fullerton, focusing on refugee and asylum law, and was the recipient of a number of academic prizes.
