Charles Welcome joined the Firm as an associate in 2022. Mr. Welcome has extensive experience litigating matters in federal and state courts as well as in arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution forums. After law school, Mr. Welcome completed a public service fellowship at the United States Court of International Trade and subsequently litigated in private practice for approximately six years, representing businesses in a wide range of commercial disputes, including trade secrets, shareholder derivative, corporate governance, commercial contract, securities, employment, franchise, and real estate actions. Mr. Welcome’s practice includes all aspects of litigation from investigation, initial pleadings, discovery, and motion practice through trial and appeal. Immediately prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Welcome served as a Law Clerk to Judge Claire R. Kelly of the United States Court of International Trade.
