Collins Burgess-Jackman is the Firm’s Managing Clerk, having joined the Firm as a paralegal in 2000. Collins is particularly knowledgeable about practices in the federal and state courts in which the Firm regularly appears.  He supervises all court filings, and plays an integral role in formulating and facilitating creative solutions to the many and vexing procedural challenges that arise in the Firm’s litigation practice.
